STRP BIENNALE
Commission for the What If Collective at STRP BIENNALE 2017.
One seamless generated image rendered over 9 beamers inside of the Halo.
Graphical changes caused by Audio generated in Supercollider and the positions of up to 9 people inside the space.
Generative Visual Synthesizer
Custom Visual Synthesizer / VJ software
Standard VJ software became too limiting for me to use.
Over a two year period I designed and built my own system which was used at the GLOW festival in Eindhoven and numerous live events with DJ’s in multiple venues in the Netherlands.
Controlled in real time with midi controllers to follow any act or DJ that was playing.
No videos are used. All forms and effects are generated in real time.
9 post Shader effects could be enabled, disabled and rearranged into any order.
This resulted in over 387,420,289 combinations of post processing alone.
Visuals could be split up and mapped onto multiple surfaces with custom physical interlocking plates on stages at venues.
Fusion installation – Glow festival 2013

FUSION- is an autonomous 3D visual application which generates musical and visual patterns. In turn, the visuals are reflected in a low resolution array of lights in a tunnel behind the 9m x 7m installation.
Different sounds influence the visual software and the lights, creating millions of possible responses in real time. -FUSION- will never repeat itself twice.

Designed and built for the Effenaar in Eindhoven.
RMFTM
interactive visuals
Custom real-time software built for the live band RMFTM.
Generative visuals responding to selected musical levels via microphones from all band members, no click track or digital sync was used.
I did live sound for them as well which meant that the visual setup had to be ready by the time I was done with the line check while on tour.
Custom software calibrated the audio inputs to account for bleed and false triggers in small venues.
Cables.gl
I worked at undefined development for over two years on cables.gl
It allows people to create amazing interactive content with ops in a node graph environment which all takes place in a web browser.
No code required though you can create any op that you can imagine (with code).
I created a lot of tutorial videos to help people learn the software.
